The challenges of the time require new approaches in making managerial decisions aimed at improving the situation in the economy. This was said on Monday by members of the presidiums of the legislative and executive authorities. The agenda includes the social and economic situation in the republic, including in the credit and financial sphere, as well as issues of interaction between the authorities.
The report was made by the Minister of Economic Development Sergei Obolonik. The situation in the economy is complex, to resolve it, to ensure stability in the social sphere, the head of the profile ministry is convinced, full-scale reforms are needed. Finance Minister Irina Molokanova emphasized the situation in the financial sphere, the prospects for its development before the end of the year. The state does not have enough funds to fulfill social obligations. Therefore, as it was noted by Irina Molokanova, all efforts of public authorities are aimed at finding additional financial sources. The head of the PRB Vladislav Tidva informed about the forecasts of developments in the foreign exchange market. He assured: the currency corridor will remain unchanged until the end of the year - within 15 rubles to 15 rubles 50 kopecks per US dollar. There are no prerequisites for an explosive jump in the rate.
In the opinion of Alexander Shcherba, Chairman of the Supreme Council, consolidation is a good effect in the difficult economic conditions. It is necessary to develop more effective mechanism for interaction between the Supreme Council and the Government to find the best solutions and opportunities.
According to Alexander Shcherba, on the recommendation of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky, the meeting participants considered the mechanism of interaction between the presidiums of the legislative and executive authorities, as well as working agencies of the Supreme Council and the Government, and determined the range of issues requiring joint discussion. The head of the parliament expressed his confidence that the next meeting would be of an applied nature, which would allow switching from words to adopting well-adjusted managerial decisions.
