It is important that its planned expenditures are discussed in local authorities, since the fixed assets will be directed to the construction and reconstruction of social infrastructure facilities of local importance, including rural settlements.

He expressed the hope that a large budgetary work will lead the subjects of the legislative right to timely adoption of a balanced and socially-oriented budget by the end of December. This is necessary in order to begin the procedure for the adoption of local budgets in the regions of the republic. It is important to provide social guidelines for this.

A number of legislative initiatives developed by parliamentarians will be presented for consideration by the deputy corps during the next plenary sessions. So, the deputy Alexander Shcherba proposes to give the Commissioner for Human Rights an opportunity to apply to state authorities and organizations in case when the rights and freedoms of citizens applying to the Ombudsman are violated.

The law-in-draft "On the Basics of Public Control", developed by Igor Buga, Pavel Shinkaryuk and Andrei Safonov, is ready for the third reading procedure. In connection with its adoption, amendments are planned to be introduced into the laws "On public hearings" and "On local government authorities, local government and state administration". Adoption of these documents will make it possible constructive interaction between the authorities and civil society on legislative basis.
