Alexander Shcherba, “The budget will continue to be socially oriented”

One of the main functions of the Supreme Council is the annual adoption of the law on the republican budget. This work is inconceivable without interaction with the President and the supreme executive authority. It has terms. In particular, the current legislation requires the government to submit a law-in-draft on the budget for the next year by November 1 of the current year.

The state authorities are called upon to determine the social priorities of the republic for the next year. The topic of budget planning became one of the main issues during the held today meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council. This is not an accident, since it is obvious how tightly the current year budget is being implemented in the previously planned parameters, especially in conditions of external pressure from neighbors.
