Alexander Korshunov, "It is important to improve the welfare of citizens"

The agenda of the session of the Rybnitsa City and District Council of People's Deputies included 21 issues. The first one concerned activity of the local state administration over the past year. Not only local deputies, but also the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and deputies representing the interests of the inhabitants of Rybnitsa Andrei Safonov and Jacob Galak, arrived to hear the report of the head of the city Vyacheslav Frolov.

As Vyacheslav Frolov said, last year the state administration activities were aimed at preserving social stability and creating conditions for the socio-economic development of the city. The Head of the city noted that the death rate exceeds the birth rate - 961 and 559 people, respectively. He focused on the level of income of residents of Rybnitsa. According to Vyacheslav Frolov, the average wage in the Rybnitsa district is about 4.5 thousand rubles. The minimum wage remains in such industries as recreation and tourism. The income level of specialists in this area slightly exceeds 2 thousand rubles.

Vyacheslav Frolov focused the deputies' attention on the industrial production volumes of the region.

Speaking about the expenditure side, Vyacheslav Frolov noted that 91.6% of Rybnitsa's actual incomes go to social payments. The Head of the city spoke about the implementation of the capital investment program in Rybnitsa district. Repairs in kindergartens, schools, houses of culture, the reconstruction of street lighting, the central fountain - this is an incomplete list of the program funding directions. The necessary furniture, office equipment, and sports equipment for educational institutions were purchased with funds from the fund of the orders of voters.

Deputies recognized the work of the state administration as satisfactory. Further, during the session, a number of deputy requests were considered. They concerned the possibility of arranging the road surfaces of some urban and rural streets, as well as carrying out repairs to the entrances and replacing the windows of some residential buildings and patching on the local area.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov at the end of the session addressed the deputies. The speaker noted that the results of the work of the state administration, voiced in the report, speak about the development of Rybnitsa district. In his opinion, the work of the state administration should be aimed at ensuring that young people remain working in the republic. In addition, it is necessary to improve birth rates.

The speaker focused on the increase in public sector wages and pensions from this year by 7%. According to Alexander Korshunov, this step was the result of the positive dynamics of tax revenues to the budget of the republic.
