Alexander Korshunov: It is important that our medicine moves to the modern level

The work of the reception department of the Central City Hospital in Bendery is up-to-date. Overhauls here began last fall. The object is included to the capital investment fund program. Today, the renovated building was taken over by Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov, Chairman of the Government Alexander Martynov, Head of the Committee on Social Policy and Health Sergey Cheban, acting Minister of Health Christine Albul.

There are new conditions for the medical staff and citizens of Bendery in the reception department. The equipment in the laboratory was updated, new furniture in the offices, new water, heat and electricity supply systems were carried out, windows and doors were replaced with plastic ones. Overhaul has not been here since 1970, the opening of the reception department.

The Parliament Speaker added that even in the difficult conditions of this year, the state will pay special attention to the health care system. Work in this direction has been ongoing for three years. The Investment Fund finances capital repairs and the acquisition of medical equipment. 50-60 million rubles are allocated annually to update medical equipment. The Parliament Speaker emphasized that it is important that our medicine goes to the modern level and that Pridnestrovians receive quality medical care.

It is planned to continue repair work, several departments are in the queue in Bendery city hospital. When considering the capital investment program in the Supreme Council, each object is considered individually, added Sergey Cheban. Approximately 3 million 300 thousand rubles were allocated for the overhaul of the reception department and renovation of equipment and furniture in the Bendery City Hospital.
