Dear peacekeepers!

Today is a significant day - the 29th anniversary of the entry of the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation into Pridnestrovie.

July 29, 1992 is considered the date of the beginning of the Russian peacekeeping operation on the Dniester. The peaceful period of development of our republic starts from this day.

The bloodshed was stopped only thanks to the peacekeepers who brought peace to the Pridnestrovian land. The peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation are the guarantor of security, stability and confidence in the future for our republic.

This operation is rightfully recognized as the most successful in the history of a peacekeeping mission; it clearly proves its viability and high efficiency.

I express my gratitude to all the military personnel of the peacekeeping forces for their high responsibility, endurance and professionalism in preserving peace on the Pridnestrovian land.

Thank you for the peaceful sky over our republic. I wish you good health and peaceful service.
