Dear members of the Central Election Commission

of the Pridnestrovian moldavian Republic!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian moldavian Republic and me personally please receive congratulations you on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Election Commission of the Pridnestrovian moldavian Republic!

The starting point for the work of the CEC of the PMR was the approval by the Supreme Soviet of the PMSSR of Resolution No. 21 "On the election of the Central Election Commission for the election of people's deputies to the Supreme Soviet of the PMSSR " on September 11, 1990.

The Pridnestrovian Electoral Commission has successfully and at a high level ensured open and transparent elections at all levels and created a stable platform for the electoral system. You have overcome all obstacles on the way to the development of the electoral process in the young independent republic. Much has been done to implement and protect the electoral rights of Pridnestrovians, to create favorable conditions for freedom of political opinion, competition and transparency of electoral processes in the republic.

The activity of the Central Election Commission in ensuring free democratic elections was highly appreciated by both the Pridnestrovian people and international experts and observers.

It is important that there is the Youth Election Commission in Pridnestrovie that prepares specialists for the electoral system and raises interest in elections among young voters.

I am confident that the electoral system of Pridnestrovie will continue to develop in the same vein, adhering to all the norms of democracy.

I wish you good health, prosperity, fortitude and success in your responsible activities for the good of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!
