The head of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) parliamentary faction Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Peter Pasat commented on the Budget Message of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky to the Government and the Supreme Council.

“The President clearly identified three key tasks in budget planning, in the budget process. First, it is the balance of budgets of all levels. Secondly, it is the fulfillment of all social obligations of the state in the next year. And the third, on which the President focused on his attention, this is creation of new jobs, construction of affordable housing, helping young people in finding employment. The President announced a specific figure - more than 2 years, 9400 new jobs were created. This correlates with his election program. We have skeptics who say that another number was announced in the program - 15000 new jobs. There are still two years ahead! The task of all authorities and management to jointly look for ways to solve many problems. This includes the suspension of labor migration, and, of course, the employment of our citizens. At the same time, the President emphasized that this concerns not only public sector workers, but also entrepreneurs, people who work in other areas of activity”.
