A. Kiyko, "The interests of the state consists in the fact that all courts are guided exclusively by law"

President Vadim Krasnoselsky presented Alexander Kiyko for the appointment of the Chairman of Arbitration Court of PMR to the Supreme Council. During the plenary session the high professional level of the candidate, as well as the existing experience in the field of administration was noted. The candidacy of Alexander Kiyko - Honored Lawyer of PMR, member of hostilities in 1992 – was previously supported by deputies of the parliamentary committee on legislation.

The newly elected chairman of Arbitration Court emphasized that the work is going to be based solely on the law.

Earlier the President of the Arbitration Court of PMR was elected for a term of 6 years. The candidacy of Alexander Kiyko was supported unanimously by the deputies.
