Pridnestrovie will expand the categories of recipients of state subsidies for the purchase of housing. Employees of the budgetary sphere now have the right to state support: doctors, teachers, officers of the PMR Armed Forces, district police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and certified employees of the penal system of the Ministry of Justice. After the amendment to the law "On state support of young families for the purchase of housing", subsidies can be provided to the servicemen of the Ministry of Justice's internal troops. Deputies plan to consider the law-in-draft in two readings in the course of the plenary session on February 24. Today the Presidium of the Supreme Council approved the agenda for the upcoming meeting.

Among the issues discussed by the Presidium was an initiative securing the right of servicemen to an additional day of rest after donating blood. Parliamentarians will consider the law-in-draft in the first reading. According to the deputies of the profile committee, the adoption of the new norm will increase the number of military donors.

The deputy corps will consider changes in legislation regarding the provision of social guarantees to privileged categories of citizens in the second reading. The possibility of obtaining preferential dental prosthetics is prescribed once every 5 years at the legislative level. Today over 3700 people are eligible for such benefits.

The Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare will develop an initiative that will prescribe at the level of law what information can be indicated in an employee's medical record when passing a medical examination. The reason for the change in the legislation was the request of the Prosecutor of the PMR to give an interpretation of paragraph 5 of Article 34 of the Law “On the Sanitary and Epidemic Welfare of the Population”. According to the Head of the Committee Sergei Cheban, information on the diagnosis should be provided only with the consent of the employee.

The next plenary meeting will take place tomorrow, February 10. The deputies will consider law-in-draft that will allow courts to issue executive documents in electronic form in the first reading. In addition, on February 10, amendments will be made to the laws "On Education" and "On Physical Culture and Sports in the PMR". They will allow combining the development of sports training programs with the educational process at the Olympic Reserve School. The legislations were submitted for the first reading.
