89 medical graduates received diplomas

89 medical residents will join the ranks of hospitals and clinics in Pridnestrovie. Graduates of the medical institute of the Pridnestrovian State University received diplomas of higher education today

The ceremony, which took place in the cultural and educational center named after Cyril and Methodius, was attended by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare Sergey Cheban.

A diploma of a medical specialist makes 6 difficult years of study, lectures, practice, sleepless nights before exams. Residency and work in medical institutions of the republic is ahead of the graduates of the medical institute. According to the website of the Ministry of Health of the PMR, 89 persons in total received specialist diplomas this year, 14 graduates distinguished themselves with special diligence in their studies – they received red diplomas. The main moment of the day was the presentation of diplomas and the pronunciation of the solemn Hippocratic oath. The holiday ended with performances by creative groups of the university.
