Dear veterans of the Great Patriotic War
and home front workers!
Dear residents of Tiraspol!
On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, I congratulate you on the 81st anniversary of the liberation of the capital of our state, the city of Tiraspol, from the German-Romanian invaders!
This bright holiday of liberation will forever remain in our hearts, in our memory as a sign of deep gratitude to our grandfathers and fathers for the feat they accomplished in the name of our bright future. We will always remember our heroes, those who stood firm in this sacred war and won, those who did not spare their lives in the name of peace and tranquility.
In incredibly difficult conditions, front-line soldiers and home front workers found courage and demonstrated exceptional heroism, fortitude and resilience, and were able to drive the enemies from native land, liberating our capital, the city of Tiraspol. You were able to completely restore the city and return it to peaceful life at the cost of incredible efforts.
Huge gratitude and a deep bow to you!
On this significant day, I wish the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, residents of Tiraspol and all Pridnestrovians good health, long life, prosperity and a peaceful sky above heads!
Chairman of the Supreme Council
of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic
