The 30th Anniversary of the Armed Forces of Pridnestrovie

Dear officers, military personnel and veterans of

Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

I congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

The armed forces have played a special, unique role in the history of our republic. The Pridnestrovians had to take up arms in order to protect Fatherland from the encroachments of external enemies in the difficult days of 1992. We have every reason to be proud of the glorious history of our Armed Forces. Today we can say with confidence that the Pridnestrovian armed forces are a reliable guarantor of the protection and security of our statehood.

Thousands of our citizens have passed through the service in the Armed Forces, and for most of them it has become a real school of life. It is in the army that young people learn self-discipline, goal achievement.

I am confident that the fighting spirit, endurance and sense of patriotism of the personnel will continue to allow the Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic to remain a coherent military structure of the state and direct all their efforts and skills to support high combat readiness and strengthen the defense capability of our Republic, while remaining faithful to the oath, charter and honor.

I wish all the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic good health, prosperity, success in combat training and new achievements in the noble cause of serving the Motherland!
