“The PMR Defenders Union” of Tiraspol is 30

Dear defenders of Pridnestrovie!

I sincerely congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the formation of NGO “The PMR Defenders Union” of Tiraspol on behalf of the Supreme Council and on my own behalf.

Your organization united those who at the call of their hearts defended the sovereignty and independence of our young republic in 1992. The memory of those terrible days will forever remain in the hearts of people. There is no one today who would forget about the price that Pridnestrovians paid in defending great values – the right to live freely on their land and speak their native language.

You have proven that you can defend your republic, the existing way of life and your future. The will, energy, active citizenship and humanity inherent in you are a shining example and a positive life guide for the younger generation of Pridnestrovians.

I am confident that the strength of spirit, unity, cohesion and mutual understanding inherent in the defenders of Pridnestrovie will allow them to continue to be an example of honest service to the Motherland.

Please accept my words of deep gratitude for your active life position and invaluable contribution to the development of our Republic!
