On behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic let me congratulate you on your professional holiday - the Day of social worker!

You bear a great responsibility - to help people in need of special care of the state.

Your profession is designed to carry the ideals of justice and mercy. The pain, misery and problems of people in need of special attention and support is on your shoulders.

You render assistance to large families, the disabled and veterans, people who are often most needed simple human interaction and participation. Implementation of this mission is impossible without kindness, compassion, tact, empathy and dedication. No wonder your persons under care speak of you with gratitude.

I sincerely thank all the workers in the industry for hard work, desire and ability to work, sensitivity and attention to the plight of people in need of support, because each ward of your good deeds become, though not much, but happier - and it's the most important thing!

I am confident that you will continue to conscientiously fulfill their difficult but important work.
