The 29th anniversary of the establishment of the Arbitration Court

of the Arbitration court!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and me personally please receive congratulations on the 29th anniversary of the foundation of the Arbitration Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

The history of the Arbitration Court is inextricably linked with the formation of the judicial system of our state. The Arbitration Court during its existence has done an enormous amount of work: it has considered hundreds of economic disputes and other cases, prepared proposals for improving laws and regulations. Judges and staff members by their daily work contribute to the improvement of the judicial system.

 Today the Arbitration Court is an effective instrument for protecting legal rights in the sphere of economics and maintaining a balance of interests, a reliable guarantor of justice and legality in resolving disputes. Effective work of the court creates favorable conditions for the stable economic development of the state.

I am sure that you will continue your fruitful work to strengthen the system of arbitration proceedings of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will continue to stand on the principles of legality, fairness and objectivity, and carry out your activities openly and publicly.

I wish you good health, peace, happiness and success in important work that you serve in the interests of the development and prosperity of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!
