The 27th of March – Day of the PMR Internal Military Forces

Dear comrades, colleagues, veterans of the internal military forces!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you on your professional holiday – Internal Military forces Day!

The establishment of this holiday is a recognition of merit, respect and deep gratitude to all who have dedicated their lives to serving the Fatherland.

The internal military forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic perform extremely important and responsible tasks to ensure order and public safety, protect strategic facilities of our country and the safety of citizens.

The highest combat readiness is one of the distinctive features, a kind of calling card of the internal military forces units. They are rightfully one of the key links in the system of law enforcement agencies of the republic, have significant personnel, technical potential, serious operational capabilities.

I express special words of gratitude to the veterans who, having gone through the fire and flame of the war years, came to serve in the internal affairs agencies and stood up to protect the law and order in the republic, demonstrating high professional qualities, will and courage.

Thank you all for your courage and dedication to your work, concern and readiness to come to the rescue at any moment.

I wish you success in your service, good health, inexhaustible energy, optimism, peace and well-being in your families!
