Please accept our sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 255th anniversary of the foundation of the city of Slobodzeya on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

The history of the Slobodzeya district is rich and multifaceted: settlements of early farmers and cattle breeders, the foundation of the settlement, the Russian-Turkish wars, the path of development of agriculture and industry, the difficult years of the fascist occupation, the restoration of the economy. A fertile land has been created on the Slobodzeya land, which is the result of the labor of many generations. You continue the glorious traditions that were laid down by our ancestors, investing in the improvement of your small homeland and the republic as a whole. Your feeling of love for your hometown is expressed in the ability and desire to work, preservation of cultural heritage, creative success, respect for veterans and the elderly, worthy education of the younger generation, maintaining fortitude and faith in the future, cohesion and unity in achieving common goals.

I am sure that caring for your common home and the desire to make it even better will be just as carefully preserved by future generations.
