The Social Assistance Service of Dubossary is 25

The “Social Assistance Service of the City of Dubossary and Dubossary District” municipal institution is 25 years old. Employees of the social assistance service celebrated the anniversary in a solemn atmosphere. Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for constituency No. 11 “Central” Boris German was present at the anniversary celebration.

The social assistance service of Dubossary district employs 49 workers who serve 333 wards. The implementation of the Social Taxi project began on the basis of the service 6 years ago. People with disabilities, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, as well as elderly people with limited mobility, but who do not have a disability group, are provided with free transport services as part of the project. Hundreds of residents of the city and villages of the region have received assistance over the years.

Parliamentarian Boris German congratulated social workers, reading out a welcoming address on behalf of the leadership of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

Words of gratitude and congratulations on the 25th anniversary of the social assistance service were heard from the leadership of the city and district, from colleagues from other organizations of Dubossary.

A number of employees of the social assistance service on the holiday were awarded state awards – the Order of Labor Glory, medals “For Labor Valor”, “For Distinction in Labor”, Certificates of the PMR President and the State Administration of Dubossary.
