December 24 is the Day of the Constitution of PMR

Dear Pridnestrovians!

Please receive congratulations on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic from the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and from me personally!

PMR Constitution is the legal foundation of our republic, consolidates the foundations of the democratic structure of the state. The adoption of the Basic Law gives a powerful impetus to the development and strengthening of political, social, economic, and social systems of the state.

The Constitution for each Pridnestrovian is the basis of human rights and freedoms, which opens the space for the realization of individual initiative, independence and creativity. Our task is to honor and keep inherent in national values, built on the basis of a stable, legal, democratic state.

I am convinced that respect for constitutional norms, responsible work of each of us will continue to be the key to sustainable development and prosperity of Pridnestrovie.

I wish you, dear Pridnestrovians good health, peace and happiness, confidence in the future, well-being to your families.
