2015: the money existed

The main event of the last year of absolute negative effect was the non-payment of pensions and salaries of public sector employees in full. Deputies instructed some of his colleagues to form a special parliamentary commission to understand the causes and effects of this fact with a bold minus. It was one of the first in a long line of others dealing with the various parliamentary investigations. Preliminary results were announced during regular meeting. The main conclusion was - money for priority payments, which, of course, include pensions and salaries for employees of the budgetary sector, budget existed. Yes, they were not enough, but the government had to borrow money from a special gas account - the law allows it.

Deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Vasilaty informed members of the parliamentary committee on the calculations and analysis. They are, first and foremost, based on data provided to the Commission by the Accounting Chamber.

At the beginning of next week, the commission will meet again in order to systematize the achievements and conclusions, which it will submit to the attention of colleagues deputies in one of the next plenary session. It is not excluded that the conclusions of the commission in the future will be directed to law enforcement agencies.
