Dear Pridnestrovians!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, I congratulate you on the occasion of the Spring and Labor Day!

The first day of May is filled with light and warmth of the spring sun, it gives a spiritual lift and energy. This unites professions and generations and can rightly be considered a holiday of people. Today, May Day symbolizes the spring transformation, new forces and inspiration the path of creation, for the people of the older generation it is still connected with the solidarity of the working people, for young people - with the spring renewal and hope for the future.

This day, people are united by desire for harmony in society and unanimity in upholding spiritual and cultural values. Each of us, with our striving for the better, for peace and work, creates the basis for positive changes.

Sincere gratitude to all those who today successfully and conscientiously work for the benefit of our republic: to workers of industrial enterprises, agriculture, educators, culture, health, representatives of small business, specialists of other, no less important sectors.

Let everyone's work be appreciated and in demand. Let these spring days be filled with joy and happiness, give a new charge of vivacity and optimism.

I sincerely wish everyone peace and prosperity. Let  luck and success accompany in good deeds and aspirations.
