On behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic  I congratulate you on professional holiday - Day of Court.

The most important condition for the existence of a strong and just rule of law, peace and well-being of citizens is the effective functioning of its judiciary as an important institution to people protection.

Strict adherence to laws, autonomy, independence and fidelity to duty - is the main principles of work of judges and members of the judiciary of the republic. You are protecting the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, to ensure the equality of all before the law, follow its strict fulfillment. People's faith in the force of law in the capacity of the legal system and the triumph of justice largely depends on you.

Responsibility, open-minded, professional integrity, competence allow you to see beyond the dry statement of facts specific and balanced life to make decisions that will largely determine further destiny of man.

I am convinced that the professional judiciary of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, while remaining faithful to take the oath, and will continue to adequately fulfill their high duties in the name of the rule of law, justice and humanism, protection of human rights and freedoms.
