Dear judges and the judiciary of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

On behalf of the Parliament of Pridnestrovie let me congratulate you on the occasion of the professional holiday - the Day of employees of court!

Formation and development of Pridnestrovie as a democratic state of law is not possible without the active participation in this process of the judiciary and judicial institutions. Independent court, subject only to the law, is the main mechanism for the rights and freedoms of men and citizens.

It is difficult to overestimate the importance of your work: the judiciary of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic with honor and courage, impartiality and integrity ensure the rule of law and justice in society.

Largely thanks to your professionalism and responsibility the effectiveness of the judiciary increases, supported by the authority of justice, strengthening law and order in society.

I am confident that your experience, dedication to the profession, the ability to work with full dedication will continue to serve as a trial order to ensure fulfillment, respect for the constitutional rights of citizens.
