Vadim Krasnoselsky noted in his speech that winning the elections is an assessment of the activities of the entire management team. The PMR President emphasized the importance of consolidating society, branches of government, stabilizing the economy, strengthening law and order and defense, developing culture, education and science, fulfilling the state's social obligations, respecting the heroic deeds of the Pridnestrovian people, both during the Great Patriotic War and during the struggle for the independence of Pridnestrovie. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized the importance of the experience of the founders of the republic.
Addressing the representatives of the authorities, the President emphasized that the course of the state's movement was determined by the PMR Development Strategy for 2019-2026. According to the PMR President, the document is a "road map" that defines state interests, goals, objectives and measures taken in the field of foreign and domestic policy aimed at the development of the country. The work is based on principles such as political stability, economic self-sufficiency and social justice.
The First President of the PMR, Chairman of the Advisory Meeting of the First Pridnestrovian Deputies Igor Smirnov made a speech at the inauguration ceremony. The founder of the republic focused on ensuring economic growth, the well-being of citizens, and preserving history.
Vadim Krasnoselsky outlined the top-priority tasks, including the development of the economy, attracting investment, creating new jobs, continuing the capital investment program, supporting business and entrepreneurial activity, developing tourism, transparency in public procurement, supporting farmers, and further developing land reclamation. The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic called an increase in the level of provision of housing and communal services, an improvement in transport accessibility, and the development of park culture as a significant area.
