Open health lesson at the renovated stadium in Tiraspol

Modern football field, basketball court and jogging tracks are a gift for the new academic year for schoolchildren of school No.18 and for residents of the Oktyabrsky microdistrict of Tiraspol. The Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov, Head of Government Alexander Martynov, representatives of ministries and departments, and district deputies took part in the opening of the facility built under the Capital Investment Fund program.

The object was included in the program of the Capital Investment Fund on the initiative of the deputy of the Supreme Council Andrey Mezhinsky. The republican budget allocated 3 million rubles for the reconstruction of the stadium. Work began at the end of April. New sports facility has appeared on the site of the old stadium.

To complete the work, additional funds were sent to the Capital Investment Fund. The Supreme Council in the course of the plenary meeting on September 15 adopted the appropriate amendments to the republican budget of this year.

The sports complex will be on the balance sheet of the municipal services, which will be responsible for the maintenance of the facility. A football section with a coach will open at the stadium. Modern lighting system of the stadium makes it possible to practice in the evenings. Both the residents of the microdistrict and the teachers of the school are pleased with the renovation of the sports facility.

The covering of the treadmills was tested by a resident of the microdistrict Valentina Georgievna Kokorina. She trains at the stadium every morning.

The stadium has always been a favorite resting place for the townspeople. People came from nearby houses to play the ball. The stadium needed to be modernized. The residents turned to the deputies for constituency No. 32 Komsomolsky with this question. 

Construction work was supervised by both the President and the deputies. Construction was completed by the beginning of the school year.

Students of the city's sports sections and schoolchildren demonstrated their sports skills at the opening of the stadium. The leaders of the republic left autographs on the soccer ball. It will be kept in the museum of school No.18.

It is planned this year to open a sports complex near school No.16 in Bendery. Next in line are Dubossary and Grigoriopol. The reconstruction of the football stadium in the village of Chobruchi, Slobodzeya region, is underway. The work is carried out at the expense of the allocated funds in the Capital Investment Fund. According to the President, next year in the cities and regions of the republic, it is planned to build 5 sports complexes, one of them will be in Rybnitsa, two in Tiraspol: near schools No.5 and No.12.
