The PMR State Customs Committee published information that, in accordance with the amendments made by the Supreme Council to the Customs Code of the Republic, from August 2, manufacturers export samples of goods in single copies and in limited quantities without paying customs duties for customs operations.
Now, samples of goods can be exported by legal entities at no cost to foreign counterparties in order to receive orders, research, test or analyze a specific product.
The simplified procedure for customs declaration and customs operations in relation to samples of goods exported from the customs territory of the PMR was adopted in order to assist the production sector of the republic and create convenient conditions for foreign economic activity.
