“The Supreme Dragon” is preparing for the start

“The Supreme Dragon” – the Supreme Council team conducted one of the last training sessions before the competition on dragon boats (dragon class boats). Team members practiced synchronization of movements and improved their technique in order to achieve better results in the upcoming competition. “The President's Family - for healthy lifestyle” regatta will be held on June 7-8 at the capital's rowing base; more than 50 non-professional teams will compete for the main prize. The Supreme Council team competes in a group with teams from civil government bodies and administration.

Dragon boats have gained great popularity in Pridnestrovie. The number of teams applying to participate in the competition increases every year. The development of dragon boat rowing in Pridnestrovie is being carried out on the initiative of the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky; dragon boat competitions have been held for the 3rd year in a row. Some teams train on the water all their free time, honing their skills and striving to achieve maximum results. Their training takes place in any weather, because for real enthusiasts there are no barriers. It is not only a way to stay fit, but it's also a great opportunity for team bonding and camaraderie.

“The Supreme Dragon” team is full of determination and aimed at winning on the eve of the regatta. The team includes employees of the Apparatus and deputies, led by the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov. Hard training, coherence and perseverance promise a bright sports spectacle. There are days of intense racing ahead, but each participating team is already a winner regardless of the outcome, because they all demonstrate perseverance and the will to win.
