"The Councils of the People": June issue

The new issue of the parliamentary newspaper will soon hit the Post office of Pridnestrovie. The main points in the June issue:

– the economic situation in Pridnestrovie is critical: figures on the reduction of production volumes were announced at a meeting with the President;

– the introduction of a state of emergency and state measures to minimize the consequences of the energy crisis;

– subsidies for electricity producers using renewable energy sources (except for hydroelectric power plants);

- protection of Pridnestrovians from the noise of loud mufflers, counteraction to fraudulent schemes and the ability to withdraw cash or top up a bank card at a store checkout;

- payment of salaries to public sector employees, vacation pay for teachers and maternity and child benefits;

- chronicle of the events of June 19, 1992;

- a grand reconstruction of the battle of the Jassy-Kishinev operation and other episodes of the Great Patriotic War;

- congratulations to medical workers and a rowing regatta in Tiraspol.
