16.03.2018

The working week of the head of the legislature of the republic ended with the reception of citizens on personal issues. Former employees of Bendery ZAO Dniester-auto raised the actual problem for the republic - the payment of wage arrears. According to the Federation of Trade Unions of Pridnestrovie, the total amount of the debt in the republic exceeds 30 million rubles. One of the numerous army of victims, 78-year-old Dmitry Ivanchenko, demanded his honestly earned money.

Those who still hope for payment of debt, applied to various state bodies, and some did not live to solve the problem, which is still not moving from the dead end. The case came to trial in the Arbitration Court. According to the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Alexander Shcherba, the situation at this enterprise requires detailed investigation with participation of tax, law enforcement bodies, as well as supervisory bodies in the person of the Prosecutor's Office.

Seven years ago, a resident of Protyagailovka Mikhail Popereshnyuk took up his household, purchased goats, cows, horses. Economic buildings were needed for all this. He built it. The total area was 418 square meters. This is for 118 "squares" more than it is necessary for a pensioner for a privilege that allows not to pay property tax. In the period from 2013, when these norms were introduced, and till 2016, the debt of the pensioner for this tax approached three thousand rubles. The tax authorities have filed a lawsuit against Mikhail Parfendievich. There is no way to pay debts. The size of the pension for two with his wife is only 2.5 thousand rubles, most of it for retirees goes to expensive medicine.

A resident of the capital Alla Ovcharuk raised during the reception of citizens on personal issues regarding maintaining a 50 percent benefit on utility payments for mothers who alone raise disabled children. A resident of Vladimirovka Slobodzeia district asked the assistance of the head of the legislative authority in the allocation of land for the registered peasant farming.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council instructed the assistants to take control of all the questions raised during the reception.
