The Supreme Council considered amendments to the law "On the procedure for conducting inspections in the exercise of state control (supervision)". The law-in-draft, developed by the parliamentarian Viktor Guzun caused wide discussions during the consideration at the meetings of the profile committee. Representatives of the government, business environment were invited to participate in its discussion. The result of long discussions was 12 amendments, prepared for the second reading.
The legislative initiative regulates the conduct of unscheduled inspections. The parliamentarians suppose that it is necessary to limit the conduct of the inspection proceeding from the subject matter specified in the complaint, the citizen's application.
Another suggestion of legislators: the duration of an unscheduled audit should not exceed 15 days. Previously, its duration was a month.
The law-in-draft is supported by the deputy corps in the second reading.
