To pre-define the rules of admission to universities

Is it reasonable to change the rules for admission to the university just before the entrance tests? Deputies suppose no. According to them, the sudden introduction of new rules for admission affects the quality of preparation of students for examinations. Students and their parents told deputies of the profile committee  about such cases occurred in our republic.

Among the laws approved by the committee members - there is legislative initiative "On Cinematography". There is no law in legal environment of Pridnestrovie that regulates relations in this sphere, although rental and film production are actively developing in the republic. Several creative groups are involved in it. Deputies of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla, Ilona Tyuryaeva, Andrei  Sipchenko and Oleg Khorzjan initiated the corresponding law-in-draft to legally regulate the legal, organizational and economic relations in the sphere of cinematography. The authors propose to determine the order of the cinematographic activities, the basic principles of state policy in this area, as well as the features of the account, storage and use of cinematography. The legislative initiative was supported by parliamentarians of State Service of Culture. Deputies recommended the plenary to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading.
