Deputies of the Committee on Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry supported the amendments to the law "On the organization of the provision of public services" in the second reading. The document sent by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky establishes the legislative basis for the functioning of the public services portal. Its launch is scheduled for July 1. The electronic document system will include ministries, departments, state administrations of cities and districts. Citizens will be able to order and receive a public service in electronic form.

There are the proposals of the Bendery Council of People's Deputies among the legislative initiatives considered today. It is proposed to introduce a number of amendments to the Law on Insolvency (Bankruptcy). According to the chairman of the Council of People's Deputies of Bendery Yuri Kara, the reason for drafting the legislation was the urgent problem related to the shortfall in the budget of funds received from the sale of property of bankrupt enterprises.

335 organizations are subject to liquidation in Bendery. Their debts to budgets of all levels and state off-budget funds exceeded 11 million rubles. In the author's opinion, the proposed changes in the legislation are able to correct the situation and reduce the arrears of enterprises on payments to budgets of all levels.

Deputies of the Committee for Enterprise Development supported the law-in-draft in the first reading, but noted the need for its revision. The parliamentarian Vadim Kravchuk proposed to send a request to the Government to find out how many enterprises in the republic are in bankruptcy.
