2015 – is the election year. In the nearest future the lawmakers should approve an estimate of the cost of a single day of voting on the 29 November. In the course of the meeting of the parliamentary committee on economic policy, budget and finance the deputies considered relevant draft resolution of the Supreme Council ("On approval of the estimates for the election of deputies of councils of all levels in November 2015"). Expenditure is projected to be approximately 6 million rubles. This figure was preceded by the adoption of measures to reduce budget expenditures. According to information provided by the Central Election Commission, the savings in excess of 400 thousand rubles was achieved by reducing the size of compensation to members of the election commission. Expenditure optimization took place by the fact that territorial election commissions will assume the powers of the district one. Rybnitsa can save approximately 1.5 million rubles taking this in consideration. Expenditure regarding production of printed materials was also reduced.

Deputies of the parliamentary committee will recommend the deputies to adopt draft resolution of the Supreme Council "On approval of the estimates for the election of deputies of councils at all levels in November 2015" in first reading.
