Legal stay of foreigners

The working group continues its work under the auspices of the Committee on Legislation to work on designed to regulate migration policy issues law-in-draft. Developed by a group of deputies of the package includes four draft laws - "On the order of entry in PMR and exit", "On Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR", "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR", "On the right of citizens of PMR to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence within Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic".

The meeting participants are parliamentarians, representatives of the Ministry of Interior, foreign economic departments, the Joint Control Commission - paid attention, for example, to the grounds for a residence permit for foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of Pridnestrovie, as well as their residence in Pridnestrovie. The list of these reasons, it is necessary to once again review and by studying the migration statistics may expand. Among the reasons for the long-term presence in the republic can be, for example, the current business here, work, family ties. It is proposed to consider the issue and include the presence of the individual entrepreneur's patent in this list. While all this is only a verbal offer, which, after further discussion will be presented in the form of new amendments.
