The ability to contact the Civil Registry Office in electronic form

Deputies of the Committee on Legislation considered law-in-draft that allows submitting an electronic application to the civil registry authorities.

The Head of the State Service for Registration and Notaries of the PMR Ministry of Justice Stanislav Grigoritsa explained that the purpose of the law-in-draft is to introduce into the legal framework the possibility for citizens to apply for state registration of acts of civil status or issue a repeated certificate of state registration. This will not be an electronic registration, but on the basis of this electronic application, a time will be determined for the applicant when a person can come with the necessary documents, on the basis of which the civil registration will be carried out.

Deputies of the relevant committee will recommend the proposed law-in-draft for adoption in the first reading. Work on the document will be continued in preparation for the second reading.
