There are again more questions than answers

Deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance heard this report on the execution of the main financial document of the republic 2014. It was introduced by the head of the relevant ministry Elena Girzhul. The revenues of the consolidated budget received funds amounting to more than three billion rubles (including government treasury bonds and Humanitarian Aid of RF). The plan was fulfilled by 104.7%. The smaller relative to the 2013 rate of customs revenues: a decline of 85 million rubles. Actual expenditures to the state amounted more than four billion rubles. The financing of socially protected items made 1.8 billion. The budget deficit - is about 35%.

Having heard enough detailed digital information, parliamentarians addressed reporter many issues related to the budget execution. Alexander Korshunov asked, for example, why in the fulfillment of the plan of income state employees were transferred part-time and receiving a smaller wage. Members of parliament were interested, for what purpose funds are spent, the effect was achieved by a decrease of 4000 units of regular number of budget organizations that spent on savings. They drew attention to the discussion and the necessity to reflect in reporting unauthorized credit indebtedness increase. There are questions to the contracts conclusion, the fulfillment of which is financed by the state. The deputies specified the lack of data on price limits and cost examination.

The responsible parliamentary committee prepared a draft decree of the Supreme Council of PMR "On information on the execution of the republican budget, local budgets, special accounts budget (funds) for 2014", which reflects all comments of Deputies and the Chamber of Accounts. The document will be brought to the attention of the deputies.

After discussion by the committee of recommended for approval and a draft resolution approving of the report on the budget of the Unified State Fund for Social Insurance of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2014.
