Driving license for young citizens

In the course of the meeting of the parliamentary committee on the agrarian and industrial complex the deputies considered in the first reading the legislative initiative of Oleg Leontiev concerning payment of the land tax by peasant farms. The author proposes to take into account, and in some cases return the funds overpaid by farmers, who in fact could not use the statutory benefit in the first three years of activity. The action of the new rule of law is proposed to be extended to the peasant farms formed from 2012 to 2016.

The motive for the adoption of amendments to the existing legal framework was the numerous appeals of farmers who created their own business in the specified five-year period. There were cases when, having registered a farm, the allocation of a land plot was expected from several months to several years. The farmer has not worked on land yet, and the land tax has already been formed. Because of this, peasant farms actually lost the privilege they were entitled by law for the first three years of activity: exemption from land tax payment by 100%, 75%, 50%, respectively.

Appeals of farmers formed the basis for a recently adopted law-in-draft, which established that payment for land should be levied from the moment of allocation of the land plot.

This law-in- draft is aimed at ensuring that the owners of the farmers established in 2012 can use the right granted to them for the benefit. If they paid the accrued land tax, these funds can be taken into account for future payments. Farmers can be released from the penalties at all.

Youthful driving license may appear in Pridnestrovie. Legislative initiative on this was introduced by Deputy Galina Antyufeeva. It is proposed to allow training in a driving school and to obtain temporary driver's licenses from the age of 16. At the same time, the law-in-draft stipulates that a young driver can drive a car only in the presence of an adult who has at least three years of driving experience. It is proposed to establish administrative responsibility for violation of this requirement.
