The Supreme Council continues to work on the law-in-draft “On the republican budget 2019”. The document was discussed in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture. The parliamentarians raised questions of concern to their questions to the First Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister Tatyana Kirova.

First of all, they concerned the possibility of raising pensions and wages of public sector employees, the functioning of the education system. Among the recommendations made by the elected representatives of the people - an indication of specific objects to be repaired as part of the capital investment program. It is planned to allocate more than 200 million rubles for the repair and reconstruction of socially significant objects.

Deputies of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture recommended to adopt the main financial document of the country in the first reading, taking into account the made comments.
