It is proposed to provide patent benefits for those who had previously had the status of "unemployed". The law-in-draft concerns first registered as individual entrepreneurs the citizens who in the period from 2017 to 2018 were registered at the employment center. Patent will be free for this category of citizens during a half of a year and will be 50% during the following 6 months.

Another law-in-draft was designed to support the business, approved by the relevant committee of parliament. Its author was Vadim Krasnoselsky being in Deputy status. The law-in-draft offers at the legislative level to consolidate the concept of "medium-sized businesses". This category is not available in the current legislation. According to the law-in-draft, the average enterprise is a legal person engaged in entrepreneurial activity, if the average number of employees is between 101 and 250 people. This annual amount of income from the activity does not exceed 30.650.000 MW.

Supported in two readings legislative initiative of the Government, proposed the deletion of the requirement to provide documents confirming the level of education for certain types of entrepreneurial activity.

The legislative initiative of the Government was approved by the Parliament.
