A legislative initiative was considered concerning public procurement in the republic in the second and final reading. The law-in-draft settles the legal gaps that have arisen with the adoption of the basic law. It is proposed, in particular, to adjust the provisions of civil legislation in connection with the emergence of new forms of bidding, to provide for administrative and criminal liability for violation of the law in the sphere of procurement of goods, works and services.

Deputies of the Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry reviewed amendments to the law “On the Individual Entrepreneurial Patent”. The author of the law-in-draft, Vitaly Kalin, proposed leasing a construction tool to an individual entrepreneurial activity. 13 amendments were approved for adoption in the second reading mode. One of them was sent by the deputy of the relevant committee Vadim Kravchuk. The norm, according to the legislator, will allow to solve one of the common problems when the activity of individual entrepreneurs in a residential area violates the peace of citizens.

The legislator is sure: the manufacture, sale and repair of products made of wood, metal and gypsum, including carpentry on the patent, are possible if there is a conclusion about compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards and fire safety standards.

The deputies of the relevant committee recommended adopting the law-in-draft in the second reading.
