Appeals of parents of children suffering from rare disease - phenylketonuria, formed the basis of the law-in-draft of deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky. There are 12 such children in the republic . The parents told the people's deputy about what treatment their child is subject to lifelong strict diet consisting of high-value products and special therapeutic mixture. All this requires a lot of money. The law-in-draft, developed by Vadim Krasnoselsky prescribed obligations to provide medicines and products for the treatment of this rare disease. In addition, it regulates the procedure for the provision of health services to such children.

Among supported at the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy, Health, Labour, Family and Childhood of legislative initiatives and the draft law "On the monetary compensation to citizens due to non-payment of the full obligations of the state, guaranteed by PMR". From March to December 2015 pensioners and public sector workers did not receive pension and wages. Citizens found themselves in a difficult financial situation, they could not adequately provide for life. The situation in 2015, according to the author of the law-in-draft deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky qualifies as a fact to use other people's money. Lawmaker proposes to consolidate the legal basis for the payment of compensation to citizens shortfall in government-guaranteed benefits. The committee members supported the initiative. The parliamentarians have worked mechanism by which compensation will be paid in the second reading mode.

Another law-in-draft aimed at support of public sector employees was considered at today's meeting. It is proposed to gradually increase salaries by 7% per year since 2018. According to the Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky, it is possible to raise the standard of living of state employees  if the economy of the republic will be transparent, all proceeds will go strictly to the budget, and also stops the action of the gray financial schemes.
