In search of the optimal solution

Presented by the governmen calculations  consolidated budget revenue in 2017 will exceed 2 billion rubles. It amounted to a little more than 6 billion rubles. Provision of state revenue expenditure is planned at the level of 31%.

Deputies of the Committee more details discussed the costs associated with mutual benefit. Earlier: from December 1 this year the state will re-calculate with the citizens having the right to land share. The so-called "mutual" fund for 2017 is 41 million rubles. Deputies insist that the money direct strictly on the payment to shareholders, to obligations to citizens have been met in full.

Many of the issues raised during the meeting of the Committee on Agriculture, remained unanswered. Therefore, the deputies decided to ask the government to provide data on the number of shareholders in the republic, as well as on the amount of government debt to this category of citizens.

Deputies were also interested in government's plans , compensation costs related to the transportation of privileged categories of citizens. The duty of the state to carriers is more than 10 million rubles. The compensation, planned in the draft budget next year,  is equal to a total of 500 thousand rubles, which is 20 times smaller than necessary. Today autoenterprises are forced to carry passengers-beneficiaries, mainly due to working capital.
