Deputies of the Committee on the agro industrial complex considered the law-in-draft on vehicles in the second reading. The author is the head of the profile committee Oleg Leontiev. The law-in-draft is designed to regulate the procedure for evacuation of vehicles left in an improper place or abandoned vehicles that prevent the passage of emergency vehicles. Voters with such complaints often turn to people's deputies.

Deputies of the Committee decided to stay in the second reading mode and continue discussing the law-in-draft next week.

It was not possible to put an end to the discussion of another legislative initiative. Deputy Ivan Nedelkov drafted a legislation, based on the appeals of citizens residing in Slobodzeia.

In this regard, the proposed legislative initiative is proposed in rural settlements to make accruals only for the residential area of households. The questions arose from the leadership of the State Tax Service of the Ministry of Finance. There they acknowledge the problem in this sphere, but they do not agree with the mechanism proposed by the deputy. This issue in the near future will be highlighted by a working meeting.

The deputies of the profile committee supported the initiative of the government concerning the release of public organizations of disabled people from paying taxes from vehicle owners. Representatives of the Bendery Society of the Blind used to address earlier with such a request. The organization has a three-year debt on this tax in the amount of more than 5 thousand rubles.

It is proposed at the legislative level in order to provide support to these citizens to allocate designated public organizations of the disabled to a separate category of legal entities entitled to a tax privilege from vehicle owners. At the same time, the law-in-draft is proposed to be extended to legal relations that have arisen since 2014. This will allow you to write off previously charged amounts of tax from the owners of vehicles.

The law-in-draft is recommended for adoption in two readings at once.
