Chairman of the profile parliamentary committee Mikhail Burla, worked for many years in higher education, repeatedly encountered difficulties in the application of our country education documents obtained in Russia. In accordance with applicable law diplomas, documents on scientific degrees and titles issued by a foreign country, in our country must undergo the procedure of nostrification. In other words, the relevant agencies should give their consent to a legal effect on the territory of Pridnestrovie. This procedure shall be subject to the documents of Russian educational institutions with state accreditation.
Taking into account that Pridnestrovie aims at a common educational space with Russia, the Deputy said that the current situation must be changed. It is proposed to amend the law "On education", without recognizing the procedure of nostrification educational documents issued in the Russian Federation. The Government was invited to establish a list of educational institutions.
Among the issues discussed during the meeting of the Committee of the non-core issues was to ban officials have accounts in foreign countries. The law-in-draft in the legislative regime should be sent to the president. Deputies have questions to the document. In particular, deputies wanted to know why foreign states and the author refers to our neighbors - Russia, Ukraine and Moldova. But Pridnestrovians are mostly citizens of these states.
Earlier, a similar legislative initiative was made by Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky. They, together with the Vice-Speaker Galina Antyufeeva developed 5 legislations, the main purpose of which is to provide a legal framework aimed at preventing and combating corruption in Pridnestrovie. The package of legislations are now also considered by the Supreme Council.
