Deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources considered law-in-draft in the second reading, which will allow land plots to be registered without mandatory reference to the geodetic network. This legislative initiative was submitted to the parliament by deputies Sergey Cheban, Anton Onufrienko and Oleg Vasilaty. Parliamentarians supported at the beginning of October, at the plenary session, the initiative of their colleagues in the first reading. Amendments to the law were developed after an information hour was held at the Supreme Council, dedicated to the problem of the high cost of geodetic work for the population, especially in villages.
Deputies discussed amendments to the law-in-draft, prepared for the second reading in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex on October 31. In the original version of the law-in-draft, the law "On Certain Additional State Measures Aimed at Minimizing the Negative Impact of External Economic Factors" was supposed to include a provision according to which, until December 31, 2026, residents of rural settlements, in the absence of disputes with adjacent land users, will be able to register their land plots with a residential building or garage without geodetic reference. Deputy Pavel Shinkaryuk developed an amendment that proposes to extend a similar simplified registration procedure to land plots located in the cities of Slobodzeya, Grigoriopol, Dubossary, Rybnitsa and Kamenka.
The amendments propose to stipulate that the simplified procedure for registering land plots can also be applied to plots provided for gardening purposes at the suggestion of the relevant parliamentary Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources. The law-in-draft on amendments to the law "On some additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors" and amendments to it will be considered by the deputy corps at one of the upcoming plenary sessions. The deputies discussed the legislative initiative developed by deputies Viktor Guzun and Vadim Kravchuk at the Committee meeting. The law-in-draft proposes to simplify the procedure for the injured party to receive insurance payments in cases where the amount of damage caused as a result of an accident was insignificant. The draft law on amendments to the law "On compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners" will be included in the agenda of one of the upcoming plenary sessions of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for consideration in the first reading.
