Payment of state duty. Concretization of the order

The current legislation exempt from paying state duty the bodies of state power and administration, local governments, state and municipal institutions, fully funded from the republican or local budget. Deputies of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva, Oleg Belyakov, Vitaly Kalin and Valery Babchinetsky proposed to specify the procedure for exemption from the state duty.

Deputies explained the essence of the legislative initiative by example. Soldiers need to complete training courses for drivers of vehicles. At the same time, the Ministry of Defense pays a state fee for passing examinations and obtaining a driver's license by servicemen. Thus, there is an irrational cash flow from the republican budget to the ministry, which are then transferred back to the state treasury.

The Head of the Committee Galina Antyufeyeva assured that the proposed rule would not be local in nature, but would be applied in case of special need.
