To keep young professionals in Pridnestrovie

The Government came up with proposal to expand the category of recipients of state subsidies for the purchase of housing. The Committee on Social Policy and Health in the first reading considered the law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On state support of young families for the purchase of housing". Young doctors are already eligible for Government subsidies to purchase housing. However, nursing staff are still deprived of such an opportunity.

Two additional categories of young professionals will be able to receive state subsidies for the purchase of housing in the version of the law proposed by the Government: health workers with secondary medical education, that is, nurses and pedagogical workers who work in day care homes for children with severe developmental disabilities. They are also not in this category.

The committee will recommend to the Supreme Council to adopt the law-in-draft in two readings at the next plenary session.
