The Committee on Regional Policy, Housing and Communal Services continues to gradually improve the legislation of Pridnestrovie in the field of alienation of mismanaged non-residential buildings (premises), the so-called “abandoned buildings”. The law-in-draft “On introducing an amendment to the PMR Law “On local authorities, local self-government and state administration in the PMR” was presented in the first reading in the course of the committee meeting today. Its developers were deputies of the Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Communal Services Ruslan Gareev, Anton Onufrienko, Boris German and deputy Alexander Korshunov.
The law-in-draft proposes to assign to state administrations of cities and districts the obligation to maintain a register of mismanaged real estate in their jurisdiction, depending on the form of ownership. According to the initiative, the register must include the address, name of the object, information about the owner, grounds for acquiring ownership rights, information about the presence or absence of data from the unified state register of rights to real estate and transactions with it, information about the presence of restrictions (encumbrances).
The relevant committee will submit this law-in-draft to one of the next plenary meetings of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for adoption in the first reading.
Deputies of the Committee on Regional Policy, Housing and Communal Services reviewed today the law-in-draft “On the Republican Budget for 2024” submitted by the Government.
