Members of the Regional Policy Committee discussed the draft laws developed by a group of deputies of the Supreme Council. One of the authors is Vadim Krasnoselsky. Submission of documents supposed to amend the Constitution. The amendments were clarified by the head of profile committee Oleg Vasilaty.

In addition, Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky developed a number of amendments to the law "On the basis of the tax system in PMR". The purpose of the document is stability of the tax system to the republic, creation of stable conditions for the development of enterprises, prevent deterioration of living standards of citizens.

Members of the committee will recommend colleagues deputies to adopt the documents in the first reading. Proposed by Vadim Krasnoselsky amendments and additions to the laws "On State Secrets", "On the order of conducting checks at the state control", and "On the individual entrepreneur's patent" were approved. The legislations proposes to reduce the cost of individual entrepreneur's patent for 2017, 2018, 2019 twice in the part of the production of goods, works and services and 30% of the retail trade; to establish a two-year moratorium on planned inspections for small enterprises and citizens, as well as individual entrepreneurs.

Presented legislations aimed at supporting the economy, improving the transparency of the financial system, promoting competition, improving the living standards of citizens, including public sector workers and pensioners, create preconditions for large-scale reforms aimed at development of the state.
